Why is the content different in the main languages both on-air as well as on-line?
Each language broadcast and web-page is made by a different group of people. Each group is independently responsible for the choice of stories it makes. Regional interests can certainly play a role. In the next years you will however notice that we will try to select a few common topics that will be the same for all languages. This will not mean that these articles are translations from one language into another. Receiving a different treatment from another country will, we hope, be a good way to highlight different aspects of the same theme. We see this as something typically European and think it is important that the various voices of Europe are heard in as many languages as we can manage over time.
