To add the logo to your email signature, follow the steps below:
Add the Euranet – European Elections logo to your Microsoft Outlook signature
- Select the Tools option in the main menu, then click on Options
- Select Mail Format from the Options menu
- Click on Signatures
- Click on Create new
- Give your new signature a name
- Choose the option: start with a blank template
- Click on next
- Click on advanced
- Click yes to close Outlook
- Choose File – Images – from a folder from either Word or FrontPage
- Ask the computer to search for the logo, select it and click on insert
- Once you have chosen the new signature, click on OK to close all the windows
Add the Euranet – European Elections logo to your signature in Lotus Notes
- Start by creating a new mail message
- Choose File – import from the menu
- Choose the logo that you have uploaded
- Choose import
- Choose File – Preferences from the menu
- Choose mail then click on the signature button
- Using your mouse, click on the white area to the right of the “T” then click on Ctrl + V to add the logo
- Choose the option “add an automatic signature to my mail messages”
- Click on ok
- Test your new signature

To add the logo to your website copy and paste the following html code into your own website source code:
