2009 European elections Encouraging people to take part

To add the logo to your email signature, follow the steps below:

Add the Euranet – European Elections logo to your Microsoft Outlook signature

  1. Select the Tools option in the main menu, then click on Options
  2. Select Mail Format from the Options menu
  3. Click on Signatures
  4. Click on Create new
  5. Give your new signature a name
  6. Choose the option: start with a blank template
  7. Click on next
  8. Click on advanced
  9. Click yes to close Outlook
  10. Choose File – Images – from a folder from either Word or FrontPage
  11. Ask the computer to search for the logo, select it and click on insert
  12. Once you have chosen the new signature, click on OK to close all the windows

 

Add the Euranet – European Elections logo to your signature in Lotus Notes

  1. Start by creating a new mail message
  2. Choose File – import from the menu
  3. Choose the logo that you have uploaded
  4. Choose import
  5. Choose File – Preferences from the menu
  6. Choose mail then click on the signature button
  7. Using your mouse, click on the white area to the right of the “T” then click on Ctrl + V to add the logo
  8. Choose the option “add an automatic signature to my mail messages”
  9. Click on ok
  10. Test your new signature

 

Add the Euranet – European Elections signature to your website

To add the logo to your website copy and paste the following html code into your own website source code:
